🧠 I Did a Life Audit for 2025—this is how I Do It

Below is an example of how I built out a chart to determine what areas of my life needed more focus and what was doing well. You can build more categories for yourself, depending on what part of life you’d like to audit.

Category

X/10

Thoughts

What’s Next

Family Relationships

Score 1-10

(10 being the best mark)

what went well, what went wrong, what you can reflect on this certain aspect using examples

What actionable items you will take to make the score higher

Other categories included friend relationships, wealth building, career, health/fitness, spirituality, and education. I then gave every category a rating out of 10, depending on how much I’ve given it by the end of the year. By putting a defined number on a category, it lets me realize how much attention is needed in this part of my life.

Got a new rug so I can finally sit on the ground comfortably while eating a home cooked meal. Friends are saying I’m nesting! I’m in my hosting era.

It was a thoughtful process and way to carve time out for myself to reflect; a lot of examples and notes were written down in the Thoughts section. In What’s Next, I would write specific, actionable steps to improve the score.

I am ecstatic for 2025, especially to write more long form, my travel plans to Asia and indulging in tennis tourism, and of course, the AWW Travel Summit in Singapore! 🇸🇬
