The seasons of life

Greetings from Toronto! This email will be a bit short this time around.

As we slow down for the next three months, we move into my favorite time of the year! Filled with holidays and time spent with family and friends, I realize how important it is to give yourself rest at times and recalibrate if you’re feeling stuck. Over the couple of years, my own personal life has changed quite drastically as I began craving more stability and calm than experiences and “newness.” This feeling is contemplative and thoughtful; I’ve been asking myself these questions which maybe it’ll give you some insight into yourself.
